Around
3:00 a.m., Sluss called 911 and told police she was unable to drive because her
friend, 20-year-old Hannah Webb, said Sluss was too drunk to drive.
When
police arrived Sluss was parked in the middle of 100 W Parkwood Ave while
on her phone.
Despite
being behind the wheel, Sluss told police she called 911 because Webb was not
"complying."
