BELL COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) - Two people were arrested after a
confrontation with officers over a suspected drunk driving crash.
The Bell County Sheriff's Office says dispatch was called to an
injury accident about 1:00AM on Highway 92.
Reportedly the responding deputy found a car flipped over on the
road after hitting a rock and a concrete mailbox.
Deputies say the driver, identified as 20 year-old Stacey Keck
of Pineville, and the passenger, 21-year-old Tylan Sosnin of Pineville were out
of the car and appeared to be under the influence.
The Sheriff's Office says when the deputy tried to arrest Keck
she began screaming profanities at him and refusing to get in the cruiser,
there was a struggle where she had to be taken to the ground.
Sosnin alleged yelled and cursed at first responders as well,
both were taken into custody.
